Yes, Able supports traditional based on-site testing models where the jurisdiction offers tests at a service centre. However, we excel at home based testing where the applicant uses their own computer to take tests.

Able employs the latest in facial and object recognition technologies to monitor the applicant using their own web camera. Observations are recorded into a fraud investigation case where each observation is evaluated by an automated proctor and observations are rated by risk category. Manual review workflows may be configured depending on risk level or the auto proctor can simply revoke results automatically. Combined with question and answer randomization, mouse tracking and clicking, Able is able provide an effective at home testing experience.

Yes. Where a specific test has payment requirements, Able can seamlessly integrate with industry payment providers such as Stripe or integrate with your organization's specific payment engine. In the case that Able uses its payment provider, fees are remitted to your organization by Able.

Able Assess Exam is charged a transaction fee for each testing setup in our system. Fees are billed monthly.

Able defines an inspection as any case where an authorized individual must physically observe that an applicant meets minimum qualifications for a licence. A perfect example is the tradition driver's road test for a driver's licence. In this example, the applicant must first register for a road test, book and appointment, then be evaluated by the driver examiner.

Able Assess Inspect provides the ability for the jurisdiction to define various inspection forms (including randomization of inspections) which are loaded onto a mobile application. The examiner reviews their worksheet of appointments for the day and selects an inspection. They confirm the identity of the applicant, some vehicle details, then start the evaluation. The software records observations, remarks and scores the applicant in realtime. It can also track the location of the device during the inspection which in a Driver Road test scenario tracks the route taken by the examiner during the inspection. Upon completion, results are uploaded to Able Assess and subsequently the licensing registry is automatically informed of the completed result.

Able Assess' Schedule feature is an enterprise scheduling solution for large program delivery. In addition to complimenting Able's Exam and Inspect offering, Able offers scheduling by itself. Able allows an organization to define multiple service delivery centres, multiple staff who work at the locations and to define calendars for each resource or generically by location. The public may view calendars and book appointments for specific services.
